Integrity and Reliability

Some people in business think that if you have personal integrity, then little else matters at all. Alan K. Simpson once said that if you have integrity, nothing else matters, and that if you don't have integrity, then nothing else matters.
There are many aspects of a business that are deemed important, some which involve the core morals of the firm, and some which involve the actions of the firm. Precisely what they do and precisely what they believe. But it's also important to understand that the attributes of the company leader account to a lot of the credibility of the firm. If you were asked what attribute is the most important, integral, in the business world, and what a tribute contributes mostly to success, what would you say? Entrepreneurs would likely say persistence and determination - but it can be easily argued that personal integrity is more important than all of that. The most distinguishing quality, certainly, is integrity. Without this a tribute at the helm of a firm, the firm more often than not proves to be incredibly short lived.
When personal integrity is utilised in a firm, and present within the deepest layers of the firm (and not just as a front guised to attract customers), then it becomes the very soul of the culture of the company, and can could very well make the difference between a successful company and a company that falls short.
The importance of integrity has always been present within the business extended community, and in recent times it seems to have fallen short. The fact that the Internet's marketplace has expanded so much, it has seen that the expression of integrity, credibility and indeed reliability have all become more important. As there are more options, more businesses to choose from amongst the vast expanse of the Internet - customers will not purchase either a good or a service from anybody who do not show at the very least a satisfactory level of integrity. And in fact, most will go with the business they find have the very highest level of integrity. Die to the sheer wealth of other competitors in any market (unless of course we're talking about a niche market, where your business has the first mover advantage), there is no longer any need to accept anything less than the very highest standards of personal integrity within your business.
This could be difficult - but to not act on something as important as this, could well mean your down fall. So how do you start implementing personal integrity? Well, in the effort to build upon an expected, already minimum level of integrity - the first major requirement would be to create an incredibly good rapport with your clients. Extensive amounts of study have shown that the best of method of establishing good rapport within your company is through the use of 'Relationship Marketing'. Relationship marketing is founded precisely on integrity, achieving the attribute wholly and in depth.
For example, Datuk Jimmy Choo. Jimmy Choo name is synonymous with exclusive and stylish shoes. He is not just a shoe designer, but also a skilled craftsman who makes shoes and specialize in producing artistic results. He was inspired and inspiring designs from nature such as trees and flowers and also of the environment such as interior decoration in places he visited. Awarded the title of 'Professor' by the University of the Arts London for his contribution in the field of fashion. Then, Is the first Malaysian to be awarded the "Order of the British Empire" OBE (Knighthood) by the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II in 2002.             Datuk Jimmy Choo, was known by world and he is also was longer in shoes industries. On top of that, people trust with his talented in shoes industries. In that case, influence from character integrity and reliability strong in his business.
Conclusion, an entrepreneur need to build a positive character in their business if want keep progressive.
