Foresight

As we know, there are several types of traits behavior for entrepreneur towards being successful. One of them is foresight. According to Oxford Dictionary, foresight can be defined as the ability to predict or the action of predicting what will happen or be needed in the future. In addition, foresight also can be categorized as a something out of  box. As a entrepreneur they should have this trait. This is because, as an entrepreneur they need to think creatively and create something new to attract people to buy their product. There is a lot of product in this market in that case the entrepreneur need to create something different among the others entrepreneur. World become modern by each day so as an entrepreneur need to have foresight thinking.

To being an entrepreneur that successful need to achieve a clear goals why choose business as a career. Some entrepreneur choose business as a their career because the passion and enthusiasm that never goes inside. 

For example, Datuk Dr. Maznah is Securiforce Group Executive Chairman. She has lead  Securiforce from the unknown company for the past 30 years and turn it to be one of the biggest security guard company in Malaysia and successfully compete with over 400 other companies of its kind.

Her breadth of the emergence of TV1, TV2, TV3, Astro and various other forms of media increase her popularity as a public figure to be reckoned. In addition, she is also a motivator for human development and entrepreneurship as well as 'success counselor' in institutions - institutions of higher learning

In that case, Datuk Dr. Maznah Hamid was proved that gender of sex cannot bounds what business to involved. She is very positive woman and also have a lot of idea so that can build this company. She is also very foresight people that always think creatively and think out of the box.

Conclusion, as a woman I am very proud with Datuk Dr. Maznah Hamid because she is very brave woman and also a successful businesswoman in Malaysia. Then, She is a dynamic, positive, resilient, courageous and daring to risk. She upholds the principle 'we must be willing to work more than the salary paid, then eventually we will get more of what we do'. This principle has brought great success in business enabled her to work and be what she is today. Who thought, from as educator for Entrepreneurship can be a  businesswoman.
